Aerin was a DreamSeer of long times past, though was instrumental in shaping the Dream as we know it now. A researcher of the avatar, Aerin was intensely curious about the forms we take in the City, and how they relate to our very souls. Through his research, he discovered many interesting facts, though many have been lost. One discovery however has been shared most widely, and is now available to any Dreamer who Awakens. It is thought that our soul/avatars have one portion of them that emits a presence to those around us, as we are not pure Order, like the Dream around us. Through the use of this art Aerin developed, now termed Locate Dreamer, one can cast about for the distinct signature that each Dreamer has. If the Dreamer is close by, one can find where in a plane that Dreamer is, but if they are far away, one can only sense which plane they are in.
